JL Wallace was a super star-technician who came near end of day and saw the process through with as much energy as he probably had at the beginning of his busy day! My carpet needed some special service and JL took care of it! I was concerned about price/ no need to worry, very fair & reasonable prices!

The initial interview was a nightmare. The man that came to my home had NO ID, pamphlets, paperwork, and when it came time for a quote, he asked ME for a piece of paper and a pen! In retrospect, I should not have let him in.
