Your technician, Erick, picked up our rugs for cleaning and explained the entire process. He is clearly very enthusiastic about his job, takes pride in his work, and knows what he's doing. If our rugs come back looking as clean as our carpets now do come I will be extremely pleased, and would be happy to recommend Zerotez to my family and friends.
The pet treatment does not work, so we wasted $150 on it. The areas without pet stains are great.
I like that there are no chemicals and you've always done a great job and your technicians go above and beyond to do little extras that make me feel like I'm getting a good deal

As a women I felt safe with the gentleman that came to my home. He was very polite and respectful to me. He wore his shoe covers and was very careful when moving equipment around my wood floors.
Nothing was moved not even an oscillating fan. Stains still in all the rooms. I was able to get my hand held steamer out and get most out. We used Dalworth before. They moved furniture and got stains out and $100 less! I will be calling and expect some type of refund!!!!!
Tech was very polite and respectful. Did a great job on carpet for a reasonable price. Redid spots that I thought did not look as clean as rest of carpet. Did not try to up sell. Only problem was he was late. First you are given an appointment day, but no time. Then Zerorez is supposed to call with a two hour window. They did not; I called them. Appointment scheduled for 10-12. Tech showed up at 1:15. Did receive a call saying he was running late and would arrive a little after 12. I called to find out he would not arrive til after 1. Everything was great except for the way appointments are scheduled and the tech was late.
It was difficult to check the cleanliness while the carpet was wet. I waited 24 hours before I vacuumed to be sure the carpet was dry because it was really wet when the technician left. He said that was normal. After vacuuming, I noticed that the couple of areas which were darker due to high traffic was still the same. Also, there was a small dirt spot in the family area which was still dirty. I got it up with a damp cloth. The only stain that was partially removed was an area I pointed out where a melted candle had spilled. Only part of the stain was removed. It appears that the water was not hot enough. My entire carpet looks terrible now because the nap has been changed. It all looks dingy whereas only a couple of areas looked that way prior to the "cleaning". I am not a happy customer.
I like that Zerorez uses power water and not detergent to not leave residue. It's only been 2 days, but I'm very satisfied and have recommended Zerorez already.

We did not feel like it clean our carpets that well. The smell left afterwards was nothing fresh either. Our carpets were not bad to begin with, so it was a bit disappointing after the "cleaning" it was a bit worse.

Like very much the idea of using no soap when cleaning the carpets. This is the first time we have used your company and we are pleased as to how the carpets look after cleaning. We were also very pleased with the two men who did the work. So very pleasant and accommodating. Very definitely will use your company again.
