The carpet is a very light carpet and it looked really great after it was cleaned. The young man that did the carpet was very friendly and answered all my questions easily. Carpet was damp, but dried quickly and had no chemical smell at all. Will definitely use them again.

Darwin,the service tech was very professional and did a very thorough job. I had a lot of pet stain area and they are gone. The house immediately smelt good.

Joe Vasquez was by far the best technician I have ever had come out, he was polite and very attentive to my needs/concerns. Joe came out to perform a "redo" cleaning as many spots/areas were missed and some created during the October visit with a different technician. Joe did it right, the way it should have been done previously. Thank you Joe.

The technician was very friendly and polite, but he treated 2 pee stains and they came right back by the next morning - yellow, and smelly.

The service tech, Erick, was very courteous, professional and attentive to our concerns. He wanted to make sure the carpet was as clean as possible. He was very friendly, honest, and did a fantastic job on our carpets. We are extremely happy with Erick and Zerorez and will continue to be returning customers and also refer to our family/friends.

Carpet did not show any stains while carpet was wet as it dried the coffee stains showed up again.

Very satisfied from beginning to end

There are spots that didn't come up in a couple of high traffic areas. My carpet is less than one year old and has not been chemically treated or cleaned prior to zerorez this weekend. I was excited about the idea of no chemicals or cleaners being used, but I don't think zerorez is going to be something I can recommend based on my experience. If it doesn't CLEAN/REMOVE the dirt/spots, then there's really no point. I"m disappointed.
