Great service
I have a problem with your emploee. He refused to give me a Special $99 because I made a app. early for 12/23/2016 He charge me 139 dollars after discusion with him and he finished NO GOOD work I request my discount He went to truck 4 times and talk with his superviser and he said said NO I had my credit card. on kitchen counter Tecnisian get the card and suposed charge $99.00 special after Hours of desagriment He chaged me without permission $159 dolars I said NO stop He
said I cant just went Throght He said I go to truck talk with my superve He said here is your invoice sign I said NO he I assum was hes supervise talking his supervised he answer no because just went through He told me I go to my truck and for few minutes He get the Invoice with out MY signature and did not give me a received.left realy FAST. I called the Police but He probably was to far away they told me to call yurs and request my money back. please send me a check. I Had used yours service few times and wa very Please with the job emploe them were very profecional and repectfull Idid request the last one was in my house and the girl told me they no longer work there I told the one who I haaad request He said they because he was still from the companhy. The none use of chemicals in the cleaning process. The technician was timely, very professional and thoroughly explained the process. My carpet is 15 years old and have been cleaned several times before, this was the best they have been cleaned.
my initial contact on the phone was not great. Rep seemed a tadbit cold. I scheduled the appt over a week in advance to assure the appt. time I wanted.he explained that there would be a 2 hour window. i was ok with that, but requested a time as close to 11:00 as possible, but not before. he assured me he would note that on my order. a few days before my appt someone called to confirm my appt between 8:00 and 10:00.[2nd bell went off!].we agreed on a window between 1:00 and 3:00. On the day of my appt. I recieved a call about 10:30 telling me a tech could be at my house between 11:30 and 12:00.[things are looking up]. Jimmy Ayers showed up at 11:30 on the dot. He was friendly,courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Did a great job!! Couldn't have been more pleased. He alone is why I rate you a 10 and will highly recommend you to anyone interested. learn from him. He is an asset. Thank You

Fantastic customer service, a wonderful, polite, courteous, and informative service technician. Made appointment and the company was able to come sooner than later and accommodate my needs right before a HOLIDAY!!!! All I wanted was a clean carpet that had not been cleaned in 12 years and a miracle happened. All my stains are gone and this service was beyond my expectation! Now to do the downstair rooms later for sure with this company. Awesome Zerorez!
Have an unresolved issue depending on outcome
The Zerorez teams did a great job cleaning my house but also explaining the process. They really know about the products and services! The carpet, tile, granite, and our air ducts looked great after the process. The teams were professional and friendly. A first rate job all around. I would definitely use them again.

There are several areas on the carpet, and large stains that were not cleaned well.
Lived the promptness, reminders, and professionalism of all the staff and crew.
Techs tried to up sell and were rude when I didn't want to.

Josh was very personable and friendly. He did a great job of getting the make-up stains out in my daughter's room.
Lots of tough part stains concentrated in one area. He told me what he was going to do to remove them and got right to work. All the stains came out and the odor is gone too. Love how the carpet looks after being cleaned! Very satisfied.
