I requested a morning appointment in October when I made reservation. Day off appointment I was told morning was not available. My time frame was going to be 2-4. At 3:30 I was told it would be 4:15. Our technician finally arrived at 4:50. We were finally done at 6:45. The technician was fine. The scheduling was horrible. A completely wasted day waiting. I am pleased with technician and final product but will not use zerorez again. I will find a company that can schedule better.

The products you use do not attract dirt after Zerorez has cleaned my carpets. The Zerorez staff does exactly what they promise, from the appointment to the call two days before, to the 30 minutes call before they arrive to the professional job they do for my carpets. Very please with the level of service of this company.

I only had one room cleaned because of pet stains which was previously cleaned in May with your company. I was quoted $135 over the phone but when tech arrived he had it over $600 for one room. Not even funny! I said I spent that last time and had my whole house (carpet) done plus the sofas. The stains are still visible and I'm extremely disappointed after spending $225. I would appreciate if someone could fix this situation.

We love Zerorez, the technicians are always so nice & really help us get everything as spotless as it can be!

We had Ductwork and carpet cleaning. The guys who did the service were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and good to work with. The carpet had been down for years and came clean. They did not make a big mess when they did the ductwork and cleaned up after themselves.

We are very happy with the work and will recommend Zerorez.

Technician was on time; explained process and additional services; obviously took pride in his work; was efficient and accomplished the work in good time limiting disruption to ur household.

Customer service was really good. And although not all the stains came out it looked so much better and smelled better. The stains were old, set in stains, some I knew would not come out, but he did get out some stains that another carpet cleaner couldn't get out. Over all we are happy with it.
