The pre treatment of the carpet made a huge difference even before they started to clean the carpet. Our service tech Aaron Hicks so very nice and professional. Aaron was also very patient with my 87 year old Dad who loves to talk. When my dad would offer up suggestions Aaron would stop his machine and listen to what ever my dad had to say. My carpets did not get cleaned good at all. There are stains that were not there before they cleaned that now show up. We have had the carpets cleaned before and never had that happen. The guy who came to clean them smelled like a chimney from his cigarette smoking. I called customer service to talk to s manager about pisibally redoing them and was told someone would call me back but I've never heard from anyone. I was also supposed to get my tile cleaned according to the deal I signed up for but the guy said that was extra, but that's not what they said on GMT which is where I saw the deal in the first place. I am left feeling like I have been swindled and will not use your company anymore.
