Results are predictable, always excellent. Technicians always prompt, explain all services, give quotes, make sure I understand everything. They honestly help determine which service, product is needed. Technicians very professional, work hard, get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
How much dirt was pulled from out fairly new carpet. Tech was knowledgeable, on time & super courteous!

I have used Zerorez for the past 10 years and have always had a good outcome in the way that my carpets looked. This morning, once all the carpets had dried...they looked the same as they did before they were 'cleaned'. The high traffic areas still had the same dirty areas. The Master Bedroom looked like it had not even been cleaned. I vacuumed thinking this might help, but no success. Question: Has Zerorez changed its 'Empowered Water' formula? If so...change it back because the new formula does not work.

technicians have consistently been courteous; carpets seem clean and do not get dirty quickly / I assume due to the fact that chemicals are not used
The cleanliness of the carpet. No residue. Also the technicians are fabulous!
I am happy with the lack of product left in the carpet. We had some areas that were badly stained and the stains were much improved by the cleaning.

I would recommend zerorez. This is the best carpet cleaning I have had and I have used them in the past. The only problem this time was that a stain was left in one of the rooms that did not exist previously.

Normally when we clean our carpet, the next day the carpet is stiff and doesn't feel 'clean'. This experience was different. The carpet was soft and plush
After the quoted price ended up being only 1/2 of the final price, we expected that, and were told the cat urine smell would be gone. We were told it would take 4 gallons of the $75 solution to clean the spots in 1 room. There were only a few spots and after spending $621 when we were quoted $370ish we expected to get what we were promised. The 2 high traffic areas were not cleaned very well either. He didnt move anything out of the way, small wooden foot stool and other things like that. Was expecting more. He was a very nice man however
Plus I am supposed to get a $100 gift card to Fullers Jewelers.. didn't get that either. I will be calling so we can get this taken care of.
