On time, professional service. Carpets dried quickly and looked and smelled great.
Technician was very thorough and professional
The communication with what I discussed with the service rep the day before was not noted on my account. When I called, I made it clear that the stains were pet related and received a quote based on that information. Once the service man arrived the next day at my home, we wanted to charge an additional $60 for pet stain treatment. He did not have any notes from the original call in regards to this conversation I had the day before. He did contact his manger and resolved the issue with no other charges.

This was not an issue the first time I used this company several years ago: The smell that is left behind on my carpets is anything but a "clean" smell. My house really stinks now.
The cleaner was here ahead of time if not early and he was a hard worker. When you add tile cleaning to carpet cleaning, it resulted in foot tracks on my wood floor. The tile cleaning is a very wet process. Finally I used towels to dry the tile and then had to use wood floor cleaner to get up the tracks. Maybe your tile cleaning process needs to be less wet.
Very courteous, prompt and through. I had carpet and tile flooring plus the deep sanitation with sealant protection of my granite countertops. Our home is ten years old and it looked new and fresh again. I highly recommend Zerorez. The chemical free cleaning is great for my young grandchildren and our allergies. Sheri in Keller TX

I had an emergency need to have two rooms cleaned and called at 7:40 AM to see what could be done. Everyone was so nice and they arrived at 8:55 AM and were done and gone by 10:00 AM and my house looked and smelled immaculate! This is the second time I've used Zerorez and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! 5 Star company!

He asked me to check each room for my satisfaction before he left. He did a great job! There were no surprise costs or hidden fees.
