My technician, Eric, did a great job explaining the cleaning process. He took the time to examine the areas being cleaned and made sure to address all of the problem areas I pointed out.

We were very please with the young man who cleaned our carpets. He was polite and explained in detail the different methods of carpet treatment available. Most importantly, he was very thorough in cleaning our carpets, spending extra time on tough stains.

I have been using Zerorez for many years and have always been happy with the services. Recently I had my carpet cleaned for pet stains. The tech. that first cleaned them did not fix the problem. A new tech Darwin Harrison came out a few days later and after going over the carpet he believes one of the steps to clean pet issues were left out. He recleaned the whole carpet for us and it seems to have fixed the problem. I will re conntact you in a few days or so if i need further assistance. thank-you!

It takes too long to get service. I was on the phone for over 15 minutes. I don't have that much time. Follow-up is good.
