The technician was polite and comfortable to have in the house when I was home alone with my young son. He seemed to be very detailed focused. He made suggestions without being overly pushy.

Very mannerly service guy who explained everything in detail. The services are healthy for the environment.

Have used before in a different state and your employee was very polite. Couldn't get some of the spots out but I believe he tried so I did let it go for now. Will try again in about 6 months and hope to be successful then.

I've texted, called, and emailed. I got my carpets cleaned with the website offer of 3 rooms for $99 which came with a $100 gift card. I've not received any correspondence back and I've still never received my gift card. I'm sure it was an oversight but the complete lack of response or follow-up has me wondering if it was bait and switch and you all pocket the gift cards?

My technician did a wonderful job and really cared about providing good service! I appreciate that the cleaning product is safe for people and pets.

Tech was prompt and courteous. Gave a lot of info regarding my carpets.

Our carpet cleaner, Paul, did an excellent job at cleaning our carpets. We would recommend him to anyone and we will have him back out in a couple of years.

On time, kept things neat/clean, carpets look great.

Tell the guys to be more careful with the hoses that they bring into the house. I had to ask the young man that did my carpet to please not let them rub the walls/baseboards.

Great on time service with a technician that cared

Carpet was so soft when it dried. No odors. Grout came so clean on kitchen tile.

We had some red ink stains on the carpet upstairs I wish you all were able to remove. They just seemed to get bigger. =(

Carpet was to be stretched, but no one has ever showed up or called back.

Erick came promptly at the scheduled time. He made sure that I knew exactly how much the cleaning would cost. He worked quickly, but thoroughly, to complete the job, and he was very careful about our furniture and belongings. I very much appreciated his personable attitude.
