Dave was prompt, polite, and professional. He graciously answered all of my questions, and even got a couple of stains out for good! My carpet is old and a little worn, but Dave made it look like it did when I moved in. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Clean no mess no fuss
I have pictures that show 24 hours after your tech was here and I have pictures 24 hours after that, that show how much better it looks after I cleaned it with my hoover carpet cleaner. I'm not sure exactly why I paid over $300, but I will never use your service again. Thinking seriously about posting these pictures to facebook This is the second time in a row that you have seriously disappointed us. In years past we were always satisfied, then something serious happened. Not sure what and don't care, but I suggest you figure it out and fix it. How to make it right? A refund would be a good place to start.

I would like a manager and quality control manager to call me Monday and come inspect my carpets. Carpets now stink, look dirty, and weren't completed as usual finishing. Bedrooms not cleaned nor tile cleaned. He talked me into up-sell in both houses but carpets look horrible. Please have your quality control manager call me asap Phone number removed
Technician didn't do the finishing steps, the water smelled dirty, the carpets now smell old and dirty. Carpet was not raked at the end and again, carpet looks and smells dirty

I like the fact that your company does not use soaps to clean the carpets. My carpets feel so much better and look so much better. You use special products that get stains out which is wonderful.

First, you refused to come within a 2-day timeframe, and when you finally showed up, you refused to clean the carpet because it needed to be done within 48 hours! Unbelievable. Then you charged my credit card immediately, and notified me that my refund would be processed in 5 business days. I'll never attempt to do business with you people ever again.
