Chase was excellent! He explained how my various carpets might do with the cleaning- one room's carpet was probably 40 years old-- and another was berber-- we decided NOT to clean that one. He was the best have had-- and we have used you before.
Frankie who came out to clean our floors was kind and professional. He had me inspect the floor as he completed each room and gave me a report of on what he noticed.

Our carpets always look like new after you clean them and the house smells so much cleaner. The price is affordable.
Everything was great, but I could still smell the cat urine or something weird smelling after the pet treatment was done. I also shined a black light in the dining room and I could still see the different color showing up in the rug (not in the room with the pet treatment). Should the normal cleaning gotten rid of this? My 10-year old carpets were completely revitalized after my cleaning. I was also extremely impressed with the customer service I received.

My biggest sadness is that my carpet was ruined in the spot where my coach sits the first time you all came out. Though I have used you since because I like the no chemical idea, it still makes my heart sink. Also this time there were still some spots that needed a touch up after the carpets dried. These were resolved to my satisfaction.
Fast and clean
I saw a lot of lint on the carpet this morning when I arrived at work. There was an area that I don't think was even cleaned. The area that I was concerned about by one of our desk
is still there. I asked my husband if the stain protectant was added he didn't know. I have called and left a message for Martin to call me as of this morning, haven't heard back from him.
Your Carpet Tech guy was awesome. He did a great job and was a really nice guy who did everything perfectly. I will request him again and again when I need carpet services.
