I was amazed at the how clean the carpets were. There were several pet stains on our carpet and I didn't think that they would be removed but when he got done there was not one pet stain left on our carpet it looked absolutely great. We will be using you again and again.

The ability to clean our carpet and tiles to our satisfaction. Tyler was very efficient, professional, courteous and he really knows and understands what the customers expectations.
Technician was professional and nice, but was running late . I pointed out stains I wanted removed and while carpets look somewhat better stains remained. Also, carpets took a long time to dry.
I love that you do not use soap. The tech was very helpful with the pet stains. I will use Zerorez again.

I was doubtful because was not impressed with the customer service, when I called. Zerorez needs to monitor and train customer service reps. I heard about Zerorez from my radio sration KLTV, so was looking for the Frank and Starline special. Cutting it short, was not pleased wit the customer service rep. The gentleman who came to my home won me over. And the service was outstanding. For him to ask us, to check if he has miss a spot, if we believe he has, he can redo, won us complete. Brilliant Chap, he knew he had done an outstanding job, but humble to ask for criticism

The technician was professional and courteous, however the carpets did not come clean with the zerorez process.
Now I will need to go back to a cleaning company that uses traditional cleaning methods (i.e. soap) and will be paying a second time to have the carpets cleaned again. I asked the technician about refunding or not billing for the areas that did not come clean and he declined.
Tech was friendly and knowledgeable about his service. Arrived on time and got the job done.

Tristan Sterling, our service person, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and did a nice job. Once a customer adds extras to your basic $29.99 per room cleaning service (such as pet stain removal), the price skyrockets. And we noticed that the very corners around the perimeters of the rooms (where the carpet meets the baseboard, & the corners of each step on the staircase) were still dirty. You must not have a tool small enough to get to those areas.

Overall, I am happy with the work. However, I paid to have the walk in closet in the master bedroom cleaned, and this was not done. I'm sure it was an oversight, but I did not get what I paid for.
