There were a few things that went wrong, but I like your product. When the patent runs out, customer service (order-taking) will have to improve for ZR to continue to succeed. The technician did a good job.
The service technician was prompt. He called me when he arrived and since no one called the 30 min. prior to his arrival as they were supposed to, he was willing to wait for me to arrive. Great service and my carpet looks fabulous.
Technician (Tyler) was on-time and surveyed the area to be worked, explained what he recommended to be done, explained the costs and then proceeded to do an excellent job. He was thorough and answered all the questions I had.
The one thing that I felt was missing was the failure to provide a receipt for payment. I was assured that I would receive a receipt by email the following day....I'm still waiting for that receipt.
It's been over 24 hours and my bedroom carpet is still not dry. And there is some kind of residue left in the area that I had pointed out to your technician because it was a high traffic area. I'm not sure what he treated it with or if it's because it's still damp, but when I ran my hand over it it left a sticky residue on my hand. I've never experienced this from any other carpet cleaning company that I've used. Not happy with the results from your company and will not recommend Zerorez.

Be clear about "not moving furniture". I was not told this when I booked your services. I don't understand how you can clean a carpet in a home and not expect you will have to move furniture as well as be prepared to place protectors under the legs of the "movable" furniture to protect the cleansed carpet. Every carpet cleaning service I have ever used has been prepared to move the furniture (of reasonable weight) and place leg protectors. Although your representative did a good job cleaning the carpet and was cordial, I was perplexed when he told me upon arrival that he was one person doing the job, was not supposed to move furniture, and then said he only had a few foam protectors. I find that very perplexing. If that is your policy, we may not use your services again, unless I have a vacant house...and will warn anyone entertaining your services of the same concern.

The next morning I entered the house which had been locked up with fans and AC on 72* all night long and found that the house smells like dirty mop water. I opened the doors and aired it out, then I locked it up and came back the next day only to find that it still smelled of dirty water! I called to see if someone could come fix the problem and was told that the earliest that someone could look at it was the next week, that's unacceptable. I used ZEROREZ for over ten years on several occasions and was always satisfied with their work. I don't know what was different this time.

Lower your pricing a little. Seems like overkill to charge 2 times for treatment for pet stains.
