Appointment was on time & all stains were removed.

Most of the areas that were treated performed and eliminated the smell. One room smells much worse and the carpet stayed wet for almost 4 days.

I would like the area to be retreated at no cost.

When I called for an appointment, your rep told me that in order to have my carpet stretched, all furniture would have to be out of the room. The tech, Finley, who came said that was not true.

It was disappointing when the first guy came in to our house and lasted about 40 min to clean 3 bedroom and a walking closet. Our carpets were socking wet and after couple of hours it started to smell weird. The guy did not had professional look at all with a plain blue shirt and did not present him self. We had to call to make a re-do and I must say Joseph West was amazing!! This is the reason I am giving a rate of 8 just because of him! So prefessional, explained every single thing he was going to do he had the patience to explain and answer ever qouestion I had

Driver said he was in my complex for 45 minutes trying to find my unit. I asked why he hadn't called, his response, "I can usually find it". When I made the appointment I specified third floor, bring extra hoses. They did this, but the tech said it's a 2 man job to bring the hoses upstairs. We waited about an hour for another tech to arrive. The tech turned my coffee table upside down on my couch, I didn't like this, and I had to ask him to put it back before he left. They were both friendly, and the carpet and tile look good.
