The fact that you do not use soap type products. That your crew is professional, kind and respectful. Will use you again and have recommended you often as the go to carpet and tile cleaning company.
The technician sprayed the carpet to stop the "pet" odor before he cleaned the carpet. It looks great and it didn't take him a lot of time. He was very professional and did a great job. I love Zerorez. Thank you. Chase did super great.

Dave Thomas, the technician who cleaned my carpets, was the BEST and my carpets have never looked so good! With soil from construction crews and an elderly dog, I thought my carpets were beyond cleaning, but Dave's knowledge of the situation proved me wrong. The stains are gone! Going forward, I will always request Dave Thomas for carpet cleaning. I hope you pass this review on to Dave. You have a very valuable technician, and I hope you appreciate what you have.
I appreciated the honesty, friendliness and professionalism beginning with the receptionist to the technician, Paul Fetui! He was the best and made our tile so squeaky clean that I could eat off the floor (although I wont do that literally)! Thanks Zerorez! Look forward in future businesses with y'all!

My area rugs had really been stained by my dogs. They look so much better since they were cleaned, and certainly smell fresh now.

I think that the way you all clean carpets is unique. I asked Alvin Blackmon who was my Technician to explain to me how he was going to clean using no chemicals, and he did an Awesome job of doing just that.
