The original technician was delayed and was at best going to be 2 hours later than the 2 hr window they promised. After I called and expressed my disappointment then they called in someone else and with that still an hour late. The girl in the office said she would check on some discount for the delays but the tech said they didn't say anything to him about any discount. The carpet is older so I wasn't expecting it to be great, but I was expecting it to be better than it is.
Timely and professional. Carpets look and smell great and aren't soggy for days like other cleaners.
I like that it is water and does not get dirty quickly after being cleaned. I was happy with how quickly someone could come out.
The high traffic area in master bedroom did not come as clean as we expected. Light carpet came out gray.
The kitchen tile looked clean when the technician left but the next day after drying it had several large dark water marks and spots
We were able to get an appointment the same day as I called. They were prompt and efficient and did a great job cleaning the carpet.

I just tried zerorez for the first time and everything looks good. I do wish my kitchen floor grout could have looked new again but hey... it's been 10 years so I guess it's close enough.

I heard on KLTY and WRR that the Zerorez person takes videos of the dirt and takes a video after his/her work to show how clean Zerorez work makes the vents, etc. That did NOT happen. The person took NO photos to prove that his work was needed.
Also, his comment on the invoice, "-customer and I did inspection through until very little dust was found..." does not bring any positive thoughts to this man (who said he was a missionary...???) If VERY LITTLE dust "was found" WHY did he do very little work then charge us a lot of money -- $657.08 !!??
This lost every minute of respect and trust that I have for your company. I'm sorry, I am a Christian, and I force myself to think in a 3-D way; but, I wish that my favorite radio stations knew more about how Zerorez actually works.
If I recommended this to a friend, a neighbor, a family member and this happened to them, they would have as much negativity toward me as I do for your company.
To make things correct, you have got to be honest. To make things correct, you must not take a lot of money for very little work. My opinion, but I bet other people would agree.
The rep explained all services provided, and was very candid on what services were appropriate for the task at hand

You guys killed a patch of lawn with what seems to have been the exhaust from your truck. Two weeks, several phone calls and your truck driving off without notice later, you replaced a 1 foot by 1 foot piece of sod. Thanks but no thanks. I don't care to recommend you to anyone.
Arrival time
I don't see my carpet being much cleaner. As it dried it didn't look much better. For all the ads I heard on the radio it was supposed to turn out much better than it did. I paid quiet a bit and expected better results
