Your system of cleaning Carpets and tile are awesome . We couldn't be happier. I also want to mention the technician who came to our house. this technician spent 5 hours in our house cleaning our tiles and carpets in a new home we just bought. This technician worked every hour for those 5 hours. He did an awesome job and now this new home was made our home because of how well he cleaned our home. No longer has any reminiscence of the previous owner. Thank you all very much.

Not 100% satisfied. The grout in the kitchen is splotchy and you can still see dirt on the carpet.

I replied back to an email from your company Friday, 6/10/2017 @ 7:55 p.m. with photos of the rug with the exact same stains on it and I have had no response.

I would like the rug cleaned to where there are no visible stains since it is only a month old. The guy that did the cleaning said there might be a slight hint of a stain but it looks exactly the same after it dried as it did prior to the "special" cleaning.

Cleanest my carpet and tile have been in 20 years! Polite and responsible technician. Didn't get hit with a bunch of "add-ons"

Tile cleaning was great. Carpet cleaning stayed wet long after I was told it would be dry. Some stains were left. I thought the pet treatment was way too expensive. May check another company's price next time.

Too expensive...

Very friendly staff when setting schedule and Ricardo who did the work order was polite and did an awesome job explaining what was going to be done. And did a great job of explaining after completion. I did use a different company last year but the results this time including the tile cleaning was awesome.

It was a little concerning that the tech requested to use the restroom and then stayed in there for over 15 minutes. Not to be crude but it was unpleasant and unprofessional. He did a good job though. We did not receive the gift card either.

Technician was VERY knowledgeable and so courteous! He did an awesome job. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our decision to use ZeroRez and that ZeroRez was able to accommodate our short notice request to clean our carpet.

Jaylon did a really good job explaining the procedure. He also removed a stain that I thought would never come out. However, today I noticed a spot about the size of a salad plate on my first step that is extremely wrt and looks like something leaked. This spot was not there before the cleaning started. I will need to try to use my spot carpet cleaner to remove it. I also thought the darker edges of the carpet by the walls would have cleaned better. I didn't really know what to expect since I had never had carpets cleaned before this time.

I like the process involved in getting the carpet cleaned. Service tech was very knowledgeable and polite.
