Good product and service
The Technician, Darwin Harrison, was superb, very knowledgeable, competent and efficient. I would be happy to have him at my home to work any time.

Price
I was disappointed that the stains (I think body oil) did not come out of the both bathrooms. They looked better but after a few days not so much anymore. The other carpet areas were great though.
I would rather you did not offer the free tile cleaning and just lowered your price.
I have been a fan of Zerorez for more than 15 yrs. and I always appreciate a job well done and respectful service men. Eric & Eric did both and I enjoyed having them in my home. I have and will continue to recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. My carpet is very light beige and they look so beautiful when they leave I hate to walk on them!

The technician, Chase, was very polite and professional. He worked hard and did a thorough job. He did not rush through my house, he worked on difficult areas of the carpet and the whole time he was smiling and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. What a gold mine you have in this employee! I wish I got great customer service like this everywhere I spend my money. Thank you.
