The technician was great, Trevor, was so friendly and very considerate especially when he learned that our very best companion had gotten sick and went to Doggie Heaven just a few days earlier. There were a few spots leftover but considering what he had to deal with, he did a great job. We will ask for your help again when we need it. Our carpet is old and had walk way problems as well as others but we really couldn't afford a $600 treatment in order for him to his very best job. The carpet does look much better and hopefully we'll be able to replace So yes, I've already told friends to call you.

Joseph was excellent. He took the time to explain your process to me and to educate me on what damages your carpet, how to handle pet issues and even how carpet responds to what all we do to it.
