My son received a beautiful sectional couch from a friend. It had been in storage and prior to that had seen a lot of partying. Cushions had wine stains and back pillows were stained with who knows what. Zerorez was able to get all the stains out and return the couch to its former glory. Thank you!

The technician that was supposed to be at our house at 10:30 did not show up. When we called about it at 11:30, the customer service person told us that the technician said that he was at our house and talking to us. Total lie.
Fortunately, another technician was set up to come out after we went back and forth about a reschedule. Hayden showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Nice guy, very professional. If all of your technicians were like Hayden, I would not be writing this review.

I like that you don't use chemicals. The service technician was the best. He was on etime, friendly and. Explained everything.

Our son had got silly putty in his carpet and Zerorez technician was able to get all of it out. Needless to say he exceeded our expectations and did a fabulous job.

My carpets still have many stain. I paid twice as much as I normally do , and in spite of ad claims, I am looking at most of the ammeter spots.

How about what I don't like........I get a two hour window, a call that the worker will be late and I am held hostage until he shows up to clean my carpet. If you are going to sell other services at an appointment, you need to allow more time between customers. 'Nuff said.

Very clean and the tech was very nice. I don't like that fuller's Jewellers coupon you had to buy something to get the $100 dollars off. Thought it was a gift card that didn't expire.....

Both of the technicians who came to my home were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. When my first cleaning resulted in a stain from the pet treatment, they sent someone out to fix it at no charge and were helpful about advising how to treat and prevent the pet stains on my own.

Good service from the technician. He appeared to care to work to get the worse of the spots out of the carpet.
