The technician was very knowledge.
When I made the appointment for carpet cleaning I did not request upholstery cleaning. However, without requesting permission, one of the technicians cleaned a spot on my light colored sofa in an effort to sell additional unrequested services. It left a spot on the sofa that required additional cleaning by the other technician. While the spot was fixed, I did not appreciate having to deal with it at all. It would better to ask permission before creating spots on items that should not be touched.

We have had many contractors scheduled for many projects. Zerorez was literally the only provider where we feel 100% satisfied with the project. The service was faster and easier than expected. The technicians were very polite. We have already decided to call you guys annually.
The guys did a great job. The one thing I have a problem with is the scrubber used first on the title. While it did a good job it splattered water and solution on my cabinet doors and my appliances. Last time I had my tile cleaned this scrubber was not used. I will not let them use it again. This scrubber did seem to do a good job on the carpet.
