After the carpet dried, a clearly visible "line" was left, a line between what was cleaned and what wasn't, or at least that's how it appears. It's as if the machine stopped working properly, because I know the technician went over the entire carpet. However, part of it is visibly cleaner than the rest. I even commented that it didn't look as if it had been cleaned! There should not be such a visible line down the middle of the room. I would very much like you to return and clean it again. I really believe the carpet can get cleaner. I know it is old(ish) but I am just not happy with the results. I've used Zerorez many times, and this is a first. So that's what makes me wonder.

Good service; reasonable prices.

Do to faulty equipment, you could not service the furniture cushions on site, therefore you took them back to the shop to be cleaned there. When you returned the cushions, they were not cleaned, so you still have them in hopes you will do a better job for the third time. I'm still waiting for the complete product.

The guys were very friendly and prompt. They worked very quickly but thoroughly. Are carpet looked great afterwards and I'll rest easy knowing that our children and dog aren't playing or laying on leftover chemicals.

The carpet came out clean but it was still wet 24hrs after being cleaned.

The Zerorez products clean the carpets so well the carpets look almost new. The technicians are. Dry good and inform the customer of everything. We have used Zerorez for ears, and we won't let anyone else do the work. I would recommend Zerorez 100%.

Carpets stay clean longer, and dry faster after cleaning. No harsh chemicals used. Fist time having tile cleaned by Zerorez and very happy with results.

Your technician was very nice. However, he was working alone and did not move any furniture or put plastic under the legs of the furniture. My main reason for calling you all in was that one of my dogs had a UTI and peed on the carpet in the guest room. The smell was ghastly. The technician worked very hard on that area, used a lot of the special cleaner specifically for that, and it did not smell when he left. A few hours later it did smell again. I expect when the pad dries, the smell will go away. Meanwhile, I do have company coming this weekend and they will stay in a nearby hotel.
