The carpets looked like they did when we had them installed 2 years ago. We will definitely us Zerorez again. The gentleman doing the job was so friendly and informative about how to care for the carpets.

The technician was terrific but unfortunately all the stains were still there after the carpet dried. Although they looked conquered when wet, when dry they were none better. I am disappointed.
Service guy was on time, couteous, and respectful of my home. Took pride in the work he did and appears the odor is gone from the room I had deodorized although it isn't completely dry yet.

Have the technicians not tell customers that there is not a credit check to apply for the air purifier. The one that came insisted no credit check. I believed him. Now I have an inquiry because he lied. I do not appreciate that.
