Clean with hot water
Carpet wasn't too noticeably better
They are very prompt and uses chemical free products. I feel confident knowing there are no adverse chemical vapors in my home.

Have your telephone personnel more knowledgeable about the business while closing a sale, and you need some kind of fresh scent after a cleaning.

The service was great and the technician was very thorough and professional.
I have used zerorez 3 times. I had a great experience 2 out of e times. The young boy that came this last time was done quickly and did not care to satisfy the customer. He was more interested in getting out of my house since it was the end of the day.

Technician that came out was excellent! We really liked the way our tile looked when it was cleaned. I have tried to clean it with grout cleaner and did not get near the results that your service provided. Will use again in the future!
