I was very pleased with the job done by the technician.
Yesterday we had carpet and tile cleaned by Zerorez. They gave us a 2 hr window 24 hours in advance then called 1/2 before arrival.
The Tech , Joe was knowledgeable and thorough. We were very happy with the job done! The house feels so clean!

The tech was extremely nice , polite and did a great job . Carpets looked great . But he had to wait for another truck to bring him water to clean the carpets . He said that who ever fills the trucks did not put water In his and it put him an hour behind schedule ,which put us begins schedule . Also we didn't get the 100 sq of tile cleaned this time . I'm not sure if he forgot or was in a hurry ..
Cleaner arrived very near the scheduled time. The cost was adjusted to fit the size of the job in an appropriate fashion. The estimated time for doing the job was correct.
I will wait till I can see the work in daylight to judge how well the cleaning was done.
