Our technician was great. Very knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning our carpet and tile.
We were aware of cat pee smell in our daughter's closet. We were offered a pet treatment when scheduling the cleaning. We noticed that the whole room smells even worse now. The carpets look and feel better. We are just disappointed the cleaning didn't help more with the smell.

Yesterday you guy's come clean my carpet, such poor job, your technician was done in 40 mnts, cleaning 6 rooms and 100 sqf of tiles.
Carpets has spots, stairs edges have spots, I have used you this third time ( evry six month) and this time was very poor job, i am not going to use uou again.
Prompt professional service
Stains seem to still be visible in some areas. Some close to baseboards and beds were not touched. Cleaning process made precious spot cleaned areas appear bleached and discolored, but that was explained by technician. Overall, it does not feel like money well spent for a visible difference in our carpet.

The technician was very thorough and the work was done quickly and looks great.
I don't know how much is the typical timing but I thought it would take longer. The gentleman was done in about 45 mins and that's because he would go over a spot a couple of times until my husband was satisfied that the stain was gone. In the commercials they are going kind of slow so I just assumed it would take longer. It looks cleaner but it's not as huge a difference as I was expecting but that's probably our fault for waiting so long to get it cleaned. My husband hopes that with a few more cleans it'll look even better so we're willing to try a few more times. Overall, it looks better than it was and the gentleman was very nice. Except we didn't get our Hawaiian Falls tickets, not sure if he was supposed to give it to us or if it will be sent by email, so I'll have to call to find out. Thanks for everything!

The Zerorez rep was great.... not only did he do a superior job, he was very professional, and polite and kind.
Technician was very friendly and wanted to show me everything he was doing at each step along the way. He took his time and cleaned well instead of a quick "vacuum-type" cleaning that I have received in the past from other companies. My only complaint is that $25 is too much to charge just to run a couple of passes in my walk-in closet. I was disappointed that I was not able to get that area cleaned but was not willing to pay an extra $25 for such a small area.

The men were very polite

My carpet was really dirty. The house smelled of dog urine and smoke. The Tech took his time and explained what he could do. He did what he said he could do before he left my house smelled fresh and clean.
