Our technician was wonderful!
Everything! Garrett was great! He was on time, very nice and very thorough! He did a great job. Our carpets and tile look brand new. The tile was horrible and I didn't think he could get it clean much less make it look new again! I'm very happy! He deserves a raise! Please

Zerorez has been servicing our church for several years. I am not aware of any problems or complaints. Your people do a very good job and everyone I have met or spoke to on the phone has been very pleasant.
On this last job you people found a about 3 spot that were very close to the area they were cleaning but was not included in the quote. They cleaned them up anyway and did a very good job overall.

I was very disappointed In The results of the cleaning. The carpet did not look any better downstairs than before the cleaning. Some of the areas actually looked worse. The high traffic areas were not clean and seemed to be spread out over larger areas than before. I am not sure why but it is a very inadequate clean. Our realator was shocked at how inadequate it was. I feel like the service tech was more interested in getting the extra 400 dollars for pet chemical than cleaning the areas that needed it. I think he should have been honest with my wife if he could not get it clean.

JL, the rep you assigned to clean my carpets was very professional and nice. I like it that you use water only and there is no dirt-collecting residue left. The carpet dried quickly and the process didn't leave an odor of any kind.
I also appreciated you contacting me closer to the appointed cleaning day with a 2 hour window of when you would be there so I didn't have to hang around all day and also letting me know 30 minutes before arrival. Your policies are considerate of my time.

The technician, Darwin Harrison, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. My carpets came out very clean with no chemical smell. I do wish I had been told that the carpets may have wrinkles for 24 hours after treatment. After 24 hours, the wrinkles were gone and the carpets looked great. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.
