A person answers the phone, they do what they say they are going to do and in a professional and timely manner. The technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my carpets and wool area rug. I also like the block system for heavy furniture so I don't have to move it.

I've had a small office building for 11 years. Years ago, I hired a couple of carpet cleaning companies but had terrible results. So frustrated.
