First of all I would recommend that your shampoo person wear covers on their shoes. I could not tell the difference after having the carpet cleaned. Their were deep grooves in the carpet it took me 3 times to vacuum the carpet and some did not come out. I have hardwood floors adjoining the carpet and when shampooing the shampoo person did not clean the water from the edge that got onto the hardwood floors. I did it myself so it would not spot the hardwood floor.

The Zerorez associate did a wonderful job of assessing the job and carrying out the project quickly and efficiently. My carpets look beautiful!

Your representative, Garrett, was very friendly and professional. He explained everything to me thoroughly which I appreciated.

The Techs need more training on meeting new customers. The need to introduce themselves and what company they are with and why they are there. Next they need to keep in order of the cleaning steps for each room we had to keep them on track. Work done was good. In the past the techs would put down plastic under chairs on other items to let the carpet dry first. Better done by past in past crews.

You show up on time and do what you say you'll do for the price you quoted.
Plus, the carpet dries quickly and always looks great.

Easy to book and chemical free!

The tec was highly knowledgeable on cleaning carpets and floors.

Left floors around the carpet area sticky and dirty. Also the pet odor did not go away after spending an additional $500 more than planned.

Very professional, went the extra mile to get out a stain I was sure wouldn't come out! This is my second time to use them and both times were great service and results!

Products are natural and powerful. Carpets were clean and fresh without chemical or artificial smell.

- The hallways should be complementary instead of the tiles, or at least we have the option.
- A coffee stain and a juice stain was not taken care of.
- How to dry the carpet, and carpet drying assistant should be done, such as blower, or something.
- The price is a bit higher than competition, and it was raised after the visit.
