Ease of making an appointment and timeliness. Product doesn't leave carpets as damp as others, quicker drying time.
I am very pleased Chase was a very knowledgeable young man. We was very caring and very willing to to solve our carpet issues.
Great work every time. The edges of my floors are always very damp, even after several hours. Usually takes overnight to fully dry out
The heavy traffic areas are still dingy looking, and spots came back after the carpet was dry.
I like that the products used to clean the carpets are all natural and it always smells and
looks so clean when finished.
The tech was very informative and helpful in explaining the procedures used to clean and
how to take care of my carpet after cleaning. He was very professional.
All in all, it was a very good experience and I would definitely use Zerorez again and
recommend you to my friends.
Service rep did a great job
My service was excellent! Both Technicians were wonderful and I would love to have them back in 6 months for my biannual cleaning of my carpets and tile.
Seamless & efficient.
Awesome
Good service great tech
Excellent customer service.
Carpet doesn't feel sticky or wet and looks great! Employees (Robert) were extremely nice.
Love that they are environmentally friendly and got out the toughest stains!
My carpets were still visibly dirty after they were "cleaned". Another technician is coming tomorrow and if is not resolved I will be requesting a refund.
Very helpful and polite
Prepare a more accurate estimate before beginning the job by conducting a more thorough analysis of the floors and treatments needed.
I called your offices this morning about the carpet cleaning you did for my 88 year old mother yesterday. The invoice shocked me. $1292.51 for 3 rooms and 2 - 5 lf hallways. I have not yet heard back from your offices regarding a reduction to this bill. I have used Zerorez twice in the past and was happy with the service. I had my primary residence cleaned in 2013: entire upstairs of a 3200 sf home plus stairs, cleaning various mishaps of the dog and cat - charged around $550 if memory serves. Had your co. out again in 2016 to clean my townhome - upstairs plus stairs, cleaning up after same 2 animals = $350. I called and arranged for service: mom wanted your $99/3 room special & when I made the appointment I told them ONE gallon/app/whatever the $75 represents of the pet treatment bc I know you really push that stuff. The carpet is over 20 years old - she got the protectant - why?? We did not ask for that and I guess he persuaded her. At her request he cleaned the FR, 2 tiny hallways and 2 guestrooms. Basically there were 2 good sized - recent - pet stains, I'd say about 11" x maybe 9" - 1 in a tiny room filled with furniture and one at the doorway of another tiny room. 2nd room also had a drippy stain. She/we were charged for THIRTEEN of the pet stain treatment to the tune of $975 for that alone!!!!! Outrageous! She said he told her the cleaning would require TWO for each room. She was charged for THIRTEEN. I don't care how dirty it was, this was too much to charge someone for an old carpet and someone on a fixed income. She could practically get new carpeting for that much!! I estimate this job should have run $450-$550. Please do right by us and significantly reduce this bill.
That the service was quick and appeared to clean
excellent service
a few spots still remain in family room..I don't think any spot remover was applied. once karpet dryed the spots were very apparent.
I was expecting better results from the advertisements on KLTY. Didn't live up to the expectations that we had.May have needed so scrubbing in areas.
The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly explained what they found and what options were available to us.
Great service
The person who comes to clean the carpet should only do what was requested at the time of making the appointment. I ended up paying more because the guy showed a different pet stain removal and it looked good but very pricey!
It looks good but now have smelly carpet, like mildew or mold. I won't ask for that treatment again.
It would be nice if the customer could see the rate sheet in order to gain perspective of potential costs prior to the appointment. The technician was great.
I'm extremely pleased with the work done on my carpet but there are a couple of constructive criticisms that may prove helpful to the business.
1) The wait time when calling is too long. Under normal circumstances, I do not hold for more than a few minutes; I waited for over five minutes in both calling instances. My time is extremely valuable and I can call a competitor. However, I was curious because of the hype from the DJs on KLUV. (sort of an aside note, I'm sick of hearing your commercial at the same time every day and will quickly hit another radio button and come back in a few minutes when I hear the DJs begin to discuss Zerorez. It's time to move the timing of the ad around or to stop it for a month or two and let the current marketing spend work.)
2) the quote was too low. I knew how bad the carpet was and described it as such but apparently the office worker thought it best to keep the rate low. I immediately tripled the quoted amount in my head. . . others who describe grime in detail may not be as forgiving of a low ball quote over the phone and the tech will take the heat when he/she attempts to make the service.
In addition to teaching economics in the University of Texas system, I've worked mostly in Finance and Marketing and have started, run and sold two businesses at a profit. I say this just to underscore that I'm not a typical consumer/customer offering free advice, but someone who is used to being paid for that advice. Take it or not.
Environmentally friendly
Crew clearly explained what they saw that needed attention, did a very thorough job, then cleaned up everything.
The only suggestion I can think of to improve your company's service would be to make the 'before' and 'after' images available to customers, if they want them.
The carpets are clean

Very professional. Trust the technicians to do a good job in a timely manner. The office personnel stayed in touch to tell me of any delay.
