Technicians are always on time, curious & explains everything
The technician was very friendly and did a nice job. I booked the cleaning appointment under the impression that we were going to get to Hawaiian Falls tickets and that was not mentioned I was just curious if that was still the promotion. I was also under the impression that we were supposed to get 100 ft.² of tile cleaning and that was never mentioned . Sincerely Name removed

Our technician did a great job on the carpeting. But we are very disappointed in the grout work. We had to pay for the entire square footage of the hallway just to get the six inches on either side of the hall rugs that were dirty. Problem is, his machine could not get into the edges and corners, so the tile is grungy around the sides. Also where the grout is too deep for the machine to reach. Dalworth always used a hand-driven brush to get into those tricky areas. For $600 for a small area, we expected it to look uniformly clean when the job was done. Also very chintzy sealant work with a spray bottle. Unimpressed. I would use you again for carpeting, but not for grout.
The Zeroex technician Randy Ruffin was incredible, professional, and 100% solved the our problem and within 24 hours! My son, daughter in law and grandchild will be moving into their first home this weekend thanks to the quick and thorough work on sanitizing and removing pet oders in the carpets.

Too much hiding costs.
My sprinkler head riser at driveway was broken by a truck. Otherwise the service was good. I realize that there was shortage of personnel and I wish that next time technician is runing late you just try to reschedule it vs finishing the job later in the evening that prevented me and my family from cooking dinner. Once again the service was good but I will not use your service for sealing the tile in the future because it took me three times to wash the floors from sealant residue and it also spread all over my hardwood floors

I had hoped my carpet would look like new, which was probably not realistic since the carpet is 9 years old. But the carpet looks good so I am pleased. All the dirt traffic areas didn't quite come clean.

The quote I received over the phone was close to what I ended up spending unlike other providers. The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was beyond professional and worked diligently to get our spots out.
Every thing was great. 100x better than we every thought it would be. Our office carpets hadn't been really cleaned (or vacuumed very much) in the past 13 years (since we got them). Zerorez made them look like new. Great job!!
