Did a Great hop getting stains out from previous owners of house. Thought I was going to have to replace carpet.
From start to finish this company is first class. At first I had looked on groupon for just your normal carpet cleaners. Don't do it my wife said! Do you want your baby crawling on soap or some toxic cleaners some company uses that might not be reputable? I said you know you have a point there. I checked this industry through researching and it's not regulated so stick with a company you hear about. They call and schedule 2 days before and the day of they call again. The service technician who cleaned the house was so kind and seemed happy to work for the company. They did an amazing job and also cleaned tile for free as part of the service. I might of saved 20-50 with a coupon using some bogus company. Just don't do it. There were a few marks left behind from some furniture. I emailed the company pics and asked what to do. They called me next day to schedule a redo at no extra cost. Things like that just don't happen in a day of profits and crappy workers who want to get paid it seems like with everything you deal with these days.
No soaps or chemicals left behind...carpets are soft and clean. Courteous, efficient technicians that treat the house like it's their own. Great service, reasonable prices.
Carpet and tile cleaning
I was disappointed to find the technician broke one of my landscape lights with his long tube and didn't have the decency to let me know.
Diving is a 10 +. However the dispatcher called and said the technician will be there in 30. After an hour I called and they said no they will be there between 1-3. I cancelled a lunch date and had to reshuffle. Everyone was sorry but my time is valuable. If the dispatcher is new then take the time to REALLY. Train
Cleaned really dirty spots that I wasn't sure would get clean. Technician was very nice and professional. Arrived 10 minutes early, got the job done in good time.
Very Satisfied
I have been a loyal customer for many years and am never disappointed. The results are always fabulous and I attribute my carpet's condition totally to Zerorez cleaning at least once a year. The technicians are well trained and friendly and professional. When dry, my carpets are softer than new and brighter and clean!

Tile cleaning was great !
Joseph cleaned our air ducts yesterday. He did a fantastic job. He was very courteous and friendly. He worked tirelessly. Very knowledgeable, he was able to answer the questions we had. He was very meticulous and conscientious, committed to doing the best job possible. He did not finish until about 7:30 PM. Even after a long afternoon and a very hot job, he did a good job of cleaning up. You have a very good man in Joseph, one who treats your client's home as though it were his own.

I like that there is only one person who comes to the house which means less talking and more working. I like how thorough he was too. Really nice guy.

The guy that came was very awkward. He did not introduce himself as a zerorez employee. Once he was done I noticed a divot in my floor and pointed it out to him. It was right where all his equipment was sitting. He said it wasn't him and blamed me for it. I could tell that it was fresh by the way a piece was dangling from it. He took a picture of it and said he reported. It's been almost a week and I haven't heard anything from the company. Also the smell came back after a few days.
