No chemicals, great friendly service from first call to wrap up!
Edward is an awesome Tech who goes a billion extra miles for his customers. Your cleaning and techniques make our 12+ year old very worn and used tile and carpet look new!

Finley was a great technician and representative of your company. He did a great job in cleaning the upholstery and leather furniture in the house.
There are two things I like about Zerorez; one, the environmentally friendly process you use with no chemicals or other hazardous materials. And two, the staff. We've used you four times over the last two years and each technician has been better than the last.

My service technician, Joe, was exceptional. He was early for his appointment time ( which was fantastic), he was professional, and he walked me through the areas of my home that needed attention. This was our second time using Zerorez and the experience was fantastic

I loved that the technician showed me what was coming up from my carpet. He was helpful and efficient.
The people ! Justin is simply the best!
It took 30min to clean all 4 bedrooms fro the time he started was 9:30 and finished at 10am it was not a thorough job. The master bedroom was still dirty you could see the dark color. Top of that each bedroom's entrance was soaking wet with puddle of water between the carpet and the wood floor. Very disappointed!

You are not perfect, but have been fair. I like how the carpet feels after it's been cleaned. I like that there is not a bunch chemicals in my carpet. The time window given is accurate. Jalen Giles is an excellent rep for your company. He is knowledgeable, friendly, did an excellent job and made sure I was happy with his work before he left.
