We think the tech did a great job and we are pleased with the floors. However, it is a little disappointing that after all that we paid (close to $700) that we still had to clean the residue left by the grout sealant.

Zerorez came to clean my upstairs carpet Saturday 8-19-17. They told me that I had 3 spots that had pet urine to be treated, which I had called to verify price before they came out and was told $65. My understanding was the $65 was for the ROOM - NOT PER SPOT! So they charged me for all 3 "spots". I agreed because it had to be done and assumed who I talked to on the phone just misinformed me. The guys that came out were super nice, but I told them after they finished (before they left) that I could still smell the urine. He said it would go away after it dried. Well it didn't... and now I am out $355 for nothing. i understand that they can't guarantee that they can get it ALL out but THIS DIDN'T GET ANY OF IT OUT. IT IS JUST AS BAD AS BEFORE THEY CAME! I am extremely disappointed. I don't have money to throw away and I have a baby that is going to be coming to stay in that room in 2 weeks so I had to get it done. Before they left I told them I would call at a later date to have the entire downstairs cleaned, but there is no way I would do that now. On top of that they said I would get an email receipt and I still have yet to see it. Not happy with the service in any capacity at this point because it was a waste of money. They also were not here very long so maybe the "pet treatment" didn't get the attention it needed. The only way to make this right is to give me half of my $355 back.

The tech was very knowledgeable and walked me thru the entire process and told me up front the approximate bill. Very friendly. We had carpet in 3 rooms and ceramic tile in 3 rooms cleaned. Excellent job.

Zerorez always does a great job. My carpets look (and are!) so clean after each visit.

Need to talk to you about ssome spots o found that i asked to give special attention. Would like someone to look at it..

The servive was good but the price was a little high for the stains it left.

Garrett Foster was wonderful. He taught me about the Zerorez difference and worked hard to make sure I was happy with the quality.

I like how my floors are clean without the chemical leftover smell others leave.

Next time I have my carpets cleaned, I want him to be my technician again. I will only use Zerorez for cleaning my floors.

I had 3 bedrooms cleaned. One of the bedrooms was in pretty bad shape. The technician did his best and it looks a lot better, however the "dog pee smell' and a few stains are coming back. I ended up paying $578.00 for 3 bedrooms which is a lot of money for me, but my other 2 rooms look great and I know he did his best on the dog pee room.

Very thorough. Trained technicians. Product is about the best for stain removal and delay in coming back.Last technician Joe, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and conversant.

The edges of the tile next to the base boards that were not cleaned makes the floor dirty and incomplete.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked hard even late on a Friday evening!
The one thing I was disappointed in was the cleaning of the tile on my kitchen floor. The majority looks great, but the tech and I discussed several areas after completion and he determined there were set in stains in a heavy traffic area that could not be removed.
After the tile had dried, however, I found areas where half the grout had been cleaned and the other half was not. I think repeat think this could be the result of the tool itself not being able to reach some areas or possibly missed. I understand it's hard to tell when the tile is wet, but wish the end result of the kitchen tile cleaning could have been a bit better overall.

No chemicals

It was pretty expensive to get what amounts to 2 real rooms. That was what the technician said, but still I was charged for 3, and $60 per room to spray treatment is very unreasonable. I was in a bind or would have declined. The technicians were pleasant enough, but I've never, and will never pay that for cleaning 2 rooms.

I use Zerorez because I don't want chemical cleaners in my home. I am shocked at how clean my carpet and tile can be after you leave. I am a customer for life!

Shows up when scheduled, courtesy call 30 minutes prior. The gentleman got right to work and answered my questions.
