Charles was awesome! Very friendly and efficient and kept me informed of all charges! Carpets feel like new and my wife isn't asking for a new couch any more!
It doesn't leave a smell and wasn't soaking wet afterwards but it was able to get dirt and grime off the tile floors and carpet.

Randy our technician was great! He was on time and did a great job! Our carpets look like new!

I just don't think your equipment does a good job. This is the second time we have used your service and neither time I have been happy. Our carpets are old and I don't expect them to look like new again but within days of finishing the soiled traffic routes have already appeared and the carpets don't look much better than they did before your service. In addition my wife feels like your phone representative misled her. She was under the impression our service was to be $100 plus an extra fee for dog treatment in one room. She was not here during the cleaning, and our bill came to about $260. She was not happy.

The service itself was great. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. However, I was originally quoted $490 and the total final bill was $1200. That is outrageous and I only added a rug cleaning from the original requested quote. I feel this was some what of a scam. I completely understand the estimate might be a little off but becoming over double is ridiculous. Your estimation system needs to be updated or people trained because I provided thorough information including the total square footage of the home during the original quote.
It cleaned very well.
Told us you would be there between 2-4. Sat at the house waiting. Called YOU to see when you would be there and said it would be 4-6. Called YOU again- you didn't call is- to say you would be there at 6:25. Took off the whole day and then had my wife come over to sit and wait.
