Tech was great but wish he would have gone over several places twice in the past the techs went over places a few times to make sure it's clean. Dez seemed like he went over it once. Other than that he did a great job!

Technician was late, which was ok, but then too hurried. Was at our home less than an hour. Showed pet stains and when I asked about treatment, said $60 a room or $75/gallon etc. I just wanted spots done.
When I asked him about finishing so quickly (normally your guys were there about two hours), he said he was the #2 technician in the country. Played football. Graduated from college. He even then guaranteed the rugs were clean and got the tank to show me. It was barely dirty. I could only see little specs. I spent hours moving everything so it would be easier for tech too.
Then said he'd clean our area rug in our den because he was late. While cleaning rug, he said, "Ohhh. This is wool." It now looks like it has darker areas. He didn't offer any upsells. I asked him about free tile cleaning, and he said, normally it would cost $150 to clean the area rug, so a better deal. I didn't want to push it and preferred it to be done.
I always raved about zerorez in the past. Maybe he was preoccupied. He was very concerned about getting a 9-10 rating. He knew I was not thrilled. After he left my house, he ran to his van and took off quickly. Maybe there is too tight of scheduling of appointments by Zerorez?
The carpet does look better. I just think he was too fast and was not worth the money this time.
And, no. I don't want it redone. I used a vacation day for this and cannot spare the time and energy.
Again, maybe he was preoccupied. But, not at all like past experiences with Zerorez.

My floors look really nice and the service was quick and easy to schedule. I did not receive my Estilio Gaucho gift card as stated the special.
It was easy to schedule a cleaning and get an estimate. Zerorez communicated to confirm dates, times and services and phone reps were courteous and answered all my questions. On the day of service the cleaner arrived when expected, thoroughly explained options and pricing and went to work. I'm pleased with the results.
Tile and grout cleaning went great, the technicians were very respectful of our home while completing the process.

No chemicals and professionalism every time
Technician was very pleasant however he was also very quick. The 100 sq ft of tile included could not be honored due to the tile being natural stone. Everything was an up sell. It was a basic average service.
The technician that came out was absolutely terrific! He was fast, friendly, and fabulous! Highly recommend! The floors look terrific! I think his name was Gabriel. He told me, just can't remember.
