The service tech was on time and took care of the property. In addition he spent time trying to remove stains and providing information on services.
Products used are environmentally safe and the customer service from my Technician was above and beyond. This was my first time using Zerorez to clean my carpets & area rugs, but it definitely will not be my last!
The grout cleaner has a round head. You need a better way to get into corners for a more detailed clean. The carpet cleaning is very good. Recommend a better pretreatment to get more stains out. Especially red stains.
Service was good but I wish your technicians were uniformed and drove marked vans. It would make your service more professional and your customers more secure.

The job was performed by a very helpful, honest, well-trained technician who did an excellent job. He was very interested in my approval of the end result as a customer, but he did an excellent job and giving approval was no problem whatsoever. I was surprised to discover that he was an employee and not owner/operator of his own franchise - he seemed very well-informed for an employee. He represents your company well.

Setting up appointments - Both times when I have used this service, people answering the phones and setting up appointments have been knowledgeable and very helpful.
Time window of 2 hours instead of the usual 4 hours with many other services - it makes it much easier for working people to plan their days
Day of notification on timing of the service - this was very helpful. Also the service was started comfortably within the given time frame.
Service provider - the gentleman who did the service was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and thorough yet efficient in completing the job.
Drying time - Although it took slightly longer than stated to be completely dry, I love the fact that the carpets are relatively dry within 2-3 of hours of service.
