Although I got the extra treatment for 1 room because of my dog`s accidents, I can`t tell the treatment made a change in any of the cleaned rooms. The service technician was very nice.
The technician cleaned the carpet so good. He went over it several times and tried to get every stain out that was there. The carpet looked excellent after he was finished. We had lots of compliments on how well the carpet looked.
Service was great and technician was fast. My only complaint was that I had an appointment set for 1-3 and they didn't get there till nearly 5pm.

No chemicals
Our most recent experience had a little bump in the road but thanks to the great team you have we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the job. Our original tech was extremely courteous, thorough in the set-up, and took the time to put together pricing on the tile area of our floors (although we didn't have the work done at that time), and he & I walked through the areas to inspect afterwards. It wasn't until my husband's low pile carpeting thoroughly dried that we noticed the spot treated areas looked like they were still wet. No problem, called and another gentleman came out and made the necessary corrections.
Would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.
The associates were very proud and knowledgeable about the product and services provided. The result was excellent and we were very pleased.
The guys were courteous and did a wonderful job in cleaning my carpet and tile floors a big difference CLEAN as a whistle. Will be using them again and highly recommend this company to anyone.
