My carpet was wet for 2 days.
When I gave my credit card you had to enter all info by hand, including back and then take pic of back with phone. It didn't work! So I gave a check and same thing entered all info in phone. Not good!!!!!!!!
After all that he said I would have to wait about 30 minutes for a paid receipt. Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Our tile was not cleaned well the first time. In fact, it looked worse than it did before it was done. There were large areas of white spots of dried cleaner. A mess was left on our hard wood floors. Someone did come back out and make it right (5 days later), which we appreciated. But it would have been nice to have been done right the first time.

heard about Zerorez on my favorite FM station and host Berry Samsuma' testamony. Great endorsement...I called and was quoted $335.00 to clean 12 vents and 3 returns. I guess this 86 year old might have misunderstood the howevers. My system is approx 5-6 years old and I was complimented by your technitions regarding the thorough installation.
Your technition did not pull the vent covers to inspect and take pictures of the inside of the ducts..don't know why I expected same except by ad pictures depicting same. Did take photos of the central unit that showed coil and fan motor to have dust build up. This area seemed to be the culprit that might be causing my respritory problem.. so considering my budget and a $335 expectation, without seeing pictures of what might be built up dust in the circa 69 duct system, we opted to go for the central system clean...coil and motor and ($75/ return duct clean)
Still wish they would have inspected the inside of the air duct...considering the relatively new system, in hind site I probably should have ask the supplier to service and clean.
