I was told by my neighbor that she saw the ZeroRez technician urinate in my driveway while he was at my home on Saturday, 9/9/17.
I am very disappointed and disgusted by this unprofessional behavior. I have called to complain, and I have spoken to one of your managers. When I did mention about a partial refund, I was told that I could receive a $25 gift card for my next service, but no amount of a refund could be given for the work done at my house on that Saturday.
I am not interested in having another technician from your company coming over to pee in my driveway again.
I think you should use two- man crews. Two men could do the job faster and safer. One could help rout the hoses while the other is doing the cleaning. And moving the furniture would be easier too.
Better moisture extraction should be a top priority. Took almost 24 hours to completely dry, even though we ran our air-conditioning system continuously.
Had to remind technician to put moisture blocks under metal furniture legs to prevent rust.

The technician was so friendly and answered all my questions. He even provided additional information regarding some biological marking we found. The cost of treatment was very expensive per room, so I only did one. Still, he was very nice and did a great job. Carpets are the cleanest I've ever seen them.
A family member recommended Zerorez to me and she said the few times she used Zerorez, that the technician that came to her home never tried to up charge her. That was no the case for me. Although the gentleman that came to my home was extremely friendly, I was basically told since I didn't know what had stained my carpet that buying the extra $75 cleaner was my only option.

I like the clean feel of the carpets after a cleaning. The 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning was a nice extra. Your service technician was exceptionally nice and helpful.
