The technician Recardo worked very hard at trying to clean the spotted areas.
I can see little difference after the application of your process. Very disappointing! The serviceman was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. I have used other companies in the past (not in this house) with much better results. You may not leave residue but the results were not good. I'm sorry to say I would not use you again and certainly would not recommend you either.
I'm not sure cleaning the carpets with your process again would do any good so I don't know how else you could make things right.

No smell afterwards
I think you should drop all the "freebies" since the restaurant you give certificates to cost a fortune to eat there. You have to spend money just to get your free stuff. Also the guy told me he would just clean a little additional tile for me instead since I did not want the restaurant cert. He did not even clean the original 100 feet promised much less add additional on. I think you need to stick to what you do best and that is clean carpet.

Good Job
Employee was late. The employee tried to upsell every service beyond what is reasonable. Job was horrible and left waves in the carpet. We had to have an expert to come over after to re-stretch the carpet.

I made my appointment at least a week prior to the day I wanted my carpet cleaned. I was told that the technician would be there between 8:00am and 6:00pm and I would be contacted a couple of days prior to the service with a two hour window. When I was given the two hour window it was 4:00pm to 6:00pm. I did have a problem with that late appointment but I was told it was that or nothing because there was no earlier time available. That was a problem to me. When I scheduled my service several days before I wanted the service I expected an earlier appointment time. To make a long story shorter the technician did not arrive at my house until almost exactly 6:00pm on 10-2. Even though the technician worked very hard it took him much longer than anticipated to finish the job so it was 9:45pm before the poor man left my house. It is entirely unsatisfactory to expect your clients to have your employees in their homes at that time of night. As for the technician he worked like a dog for the entire time he was in my home and I was very satisfied with the results he achieved. It is only your scheduling process I have the problem with or I would have given you a 10 instead of an 8.
I called for service on Saturday. Your call taker told me she could have someone at my house between 4p and 6p. No one ever showed up at my house nor did anyone call to inform me that no one was coming either Sat or Sun. It wasn't till lunch time on Monday when I call your corporate office who transfers me to the local office did I get to speak with a associate Who told me that they tried to call me on Sat evening which I find hard to believe. Not good business. On another note, the tech that came to my house on Monday evening was extremely apologetic and professional. He also did a great job The call taker I spoke to on Mon did tell me she would give me 1 room free. When your Tech showed up I questioned the price. At this point we learned that the call taker did not adjust the bill. Outside of your Tech I'm not very pleased with your company
