Great service and great outcome! I am very pleased with my carpet and tile.
They did an amazing job cleaning amd sealing slate floor. I don't think the slate floor has been professionally cleaned since installation 9 years ago. I found some of the extra slate tiles in original boxes in the garage and couldn't tell the difference 24 hours after Zerorez finished cleaning and sealing the floor. Highly recommend Zerorez.

You cleaning system always seems to do a good job, but this time the technician made a big difference. Darrell went above and beyond doing a great job in a timely fashion. I am a computer tech and I really took notice of Darrell's attention to detail and methodical way he went about the service. No wasted motion. Phlip the tech was very professional he explained to me how your system work and showed me by doing a spot on the carpet he said it would dry in 3 to 4 hours and it did i can't wait for the next carpet cleaning
Carpet is soft after it dries
The scheduling was easy. I was called to verify date and time two days before the cleaning. I was called the day of the cleaning and told what time the technician would arrive. He was on time and very professional.

This was my first time to use Zerorez. My technician Garrett was great. He was knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job. He also helped with moving furniture. My carpet and kitchen tile look awesome. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning company I will use from now on.

Jalen was our technician and he was awesome very knowledgeable and very eager to do whatever job you wanted him to do. The end results of his service was even better than we could have hoped for . We will definitely be calling again.
The technician cleaned the carpet in our entire house in about an hour and did a beautiful job -- it looks brand new. The cleaning process leaves no odor or chemical smell and it dried very fast. Several days have passed now and I havent seen any stains return.

I was very pleased with my technician, Torrence, who has serviced my house before in Oct. 2016. In fact, I asked for him specifically when I scheduled my appointment. My carpets look great with the updated equipment that Torrence told me about during his service visit. He even took pictures of the before and after the cleaning and the difference was surprising! I have actually showed the pictures to several members of my family who could not believe the difference as well.
I did have one question which is how do I obtain the gift certificate of $50 to Estilo Gaucho?

Great service and super friendly and competent tech.
It's been over 24 hours and areas of the carpet are still soaking wet. I think that's going to cause issues to the matting and hardwood floors below.

Torrance, the man who cleaned our carpets was amazing. Not only was he super funny and friendly, he also really knew his stuff. He took my husband and me around the house and showed specific spots where the previous owners pet had "ti-ti'ed" on the carpet. He made great recommendations, but didn't pressure us into anything. We he was finished the carpet looked brand new! We will be using Zerorez again! Thanks for a great experience Torrance!
