My technician, Jordan was an informed professional. He knew what he was doing and took the time to explain to me the Zerorez system and how it worked. he was on time and did not waste any time in completing the 3 rooms. He ask about pet issues and I declined. My reluctance in recommending has to do with a couple of carpet areas that today, (48 hrs. after treatment) seem not to have been totally cleaned, as there is still some darker spots. These areas are around furniture that was removed prior to treatment. .

The staff that serviced our home was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and left slightly damp, as expected, without being excessively soaked. We are very happy with the outcome. Our carpets are clean, but not stiff or perfumed from excess chemicals.

We had a great carpet cleaning experience. Jonathan was friendly and went above and beyond to clean our carpets. They look amazing! Of all our zerorez cleanings, this was by far the best. We will definitely use zerorez and Jonathan again. We highly recommend him.

With a child and a pet in our home, chemicals and procedure were our top priorities. We were extremely pleased with both and the entire job was done in about an hour. We are very happy with the service provided and have already recommended Zerorez to our friends and family.

The gentleman that cleaned our rug did a great job. He even helped me move some furniture. The old carpet looks almost new again.

Cleaning Products have a nice citrus smell which don’t make your house smell ugly. Also, the guy that came to my house was professional, showed me differences on cleanliness and how dirty it was. He makes sure I was happy with outcome and always asked if all was good.
