Everything was good, The technician, Joe was polite,courteous and very competent.
I thought I was going to get my receipt by e-mail, as well as resturant certificate for a meal.
The carpet was really dirty before it got cleaned by Zerorez. Afterwards, I couldn't believe how clean it was and I expected spots to come back a couple of days later as they usually do after we get our carpet cleaned professionally. This time, no spots have come back and it's been a week since we got the carpets cleaned. The service guys were great and friendly and very professional. The entire experience was great.

Customer services and environmentally friendly solutions for people sensitive to chemicals
Aaron is a pro. He explained the process, how it works and any need for retreating. The carpet really came to life after years of a resident dog and all things grandkids can do. Our neighbor recommended Zerorez and I'm happy I called.
The Technician, Pablo Vasquez, was very knowledgeable & was very professional. He spent time explaining all the options and the process with us. He didn't push us on any decisions that he spoke with us about. Everything looked great. We especially like the idea that no chemicals were used. The only (very small) issue that we had was that it took longer to dry than we had expected. We are very pleased.
For the price paid to treat carpet for pet odors, I would have expected the odor to be reduced, even eliminated, instead of worse. Although I did not choose to get the entire area treated due to cost (I could have replaced the carpet for the price), the carpet was spot treated. The carpet was still "wet", not just damp, two days subsequent to treatment. Technicians came back out to dry out carpet but the odor is worse. Not sure what my course of action is at this point. Definitely not satisfied.
