Pricing is too high on add on items. $75 per gallon to treat pet urine? The additional cost added over $225 to what began as a reasonable cost. The tech was proficient and courteous. Again, what began as $109 plus tax ended up at $394. Somewhat deceptive.

Dave did a fabulous job of bringing the worst carpets I have ever seen in a rental back to life and use. This is an incredible, safe, non toxic way to really deep clean the worst ever carpets and tile. I am hooked for life and am telling everyone I know. Thank you soo much. Dave is a really caring and thorough technician. He really did his best to make these horrid carpets clean and look new. I am beyond impressed! thank you so very much!
