Two days ago Zerorez cleaned my carpet and upholstery. I am amazed at the difference in the cleanliness of my home. Worth every penny!

Pet odor remover services
Good job.
We asked for pet stains to be treated and they were not. Our carpets only appear to have been dampened and not cleaned. Follow-up vaccuming returned the carpets to the exact same state that they were in prior to your 'treatment'.
I like the idea that there's no soap residue. A couple years ago you took out some candlewax from an automatic and it was amazing.
Thank you for coming out this year and redoing the area rug that still had some dirt that showed.
In general the people you have sent out have been well trained and high-quality.

Technician was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained the process from start to finish, asked if I wanted additional treatment in certain areas (but wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell). Our carpet looks fantastic now and just feels really clean. The house also smells better and carpets don't have that greasy residue feel to them.

Very professional service. The technician provided every bit of information that I needed in a very polite manner. He did a very good job with that carpets. I will definitely call again in the future and recommend zero razz to anybody I know who wants to have their floors cleaned.
1. I was very impressed with the representative with whom I spoke and made the appointment.
2. After explaining what I wanted to accomplished during the cleaning service, she explained the cost. She was very professional and explained that the service tech could provide additional cost for additional service if necessary.
3. Your office contacted me and informed me that there was a service cancellation and that my scheduled appointment time could be moved up it it was feasible to me. I was very appreciative of the updated info and accepted the earlier time.
4. Ricardo, the service tech, was very courteous. He went over the service to be performed and did a walk through with me. He did a truly professional job that pleased both my wife and me.
5. Ricardo did a walk through after the service to be sure that we were satisfied with his work. We were extremely happy and would not hesitate to use Zerorez again or recommend the company to friends and family..
Great technician and effective products!
Carpet was redone over and over. Was told I needed to spend $1000 on a special treatment but then what was suppose to be done was not. You have been back twice and still haven't done what I was told I paid for. I feel taken advantage of.
