Technicians are always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable applying the needed products to clean stains and/or everyday dirt that is tracked in from outside.
It was easy to schedule, technician was on time, very courteous, and cleaning time was quick.
The 2 gentlemen were extremely professional and easy to work with, however the end result was not something we'd every consider spending $1800 on in the future. We wanted all of our tile and grout cleaned and sealed as we recently built our new home and wanted to start off right. Well, the wood tile grout was covered in some white residue from the initial build that required us to use a steamer to remove, which is why we considered Zerorez since it was taking us too long to complete this task. Turns out, Zerorez does not offer steam cleaning and their water is only heated to around 250F, thus the white residue remained on the grout. We decided to not seal the wood tile until we were able to have this residue removed. The guys continued and cleaned and sealed all of the remaining tile in the other areas of the home that did not have this issue.
Initially, after everything was done, we thought it all looked great, however it was late in the evening and we could not see how it looked when viewing at an angle with the natural sunlight, which revealed the ACTUAL RESIDUE that was left from the cleaning. The wood tile had swirl marks and residue from the machine that was used and just looks awful. Very disappointed in the end result ... especially for the cost!! We would NOT recommend Zerorez in the future. We have photos of the end result, however this site doesn't appear to allow photo uploads.

Very efficient, professional, and friendly service! I was amazed at the difference he was able to achieve with older carpets. I thought we'd be replacing several rooms this year, now I think we may not have to do so. With 3 kids in college, that's a welcome savings. Many thanks!
