What I like about Zerorez is that they don't use chemicals and the technicians carry themselves with a lot of professionalism.

The work was good but the scheduling was bad.
We were first told between 8-10 am. Then at 9:30 am we were told it would be between 10-12.
At 11:30 am we were told they would be here in 30 minutes. then at 1:30 pm I called and was told they would arrive in 45 minutes.
They finally arrived at 2:15 pm for an 8=10 time slot.
We were cleaning an RV and needed the extra time to dry the carpets before closing the unit.

The $75/spot treatment that I got 4 of.....I do not think helped. Actually, I couldn't smell dog urine before, but now I can. I don't think it worked and it was very expensive for what looked like soaking the carpet in random places and hoping it worked.

Dave Thomas was fantastic. Helpful, and patient with my elderly parents. Gave realistic expectations for the post-cleaning outcome of their 24 year-old carpet, and then proceeded to make the carpets look awesome! The service desk staff was so helpful - handled my cancellation and last minute reschedule seamlessly, and called back to provide updates on arrival time and was dead-on. My folks are thrilled with the appearance of the carpet and I was happy beyond words to get the carpets cleaned and their AC replaced, all in one day! I will definitely use Zerorez again!
