Consistently great service with a superior product!
Very satisfied with my duct cleaning experience, My biggest complaint about the carpet cleaning was being told the "dry time" was over exaggerated at 4-6 hours. I had ceiling fans on in every room that had one and (of course) the A/C. Techs finished the job at approx. 3PM. I had areas of my carpets still wet the following morning!
Always prompt with the arrival time. Technicians are professional and well trained. Great customer service. Carpets are ended up very clean and soft. Will highly recommend this company. I have used them five times and was always pleased with the results.
The Carpet isn't soapy and we don't even have to re-vacuum when its dry. Smells clean...Feels clean...Looks Clean. LOVE it.

I am very disappointed with the cleaning and the price.
Rooms were $29 with all the furniture still in them.
2 area rugs cost more that the rooms. And I can still smell the vinegar that I had used for Pet urine.
You can come clean it all again. My bill was $184.03,
How can 2 area rugs and 1 was covered with a King size bed.

I received a call that they were on their way, they arrived at the scheduled time, the 2 employees that came were very polite, efficient, told me the price before they started and did a terrific job! My carpets look and feel new again, and I'm happy about the tile cleaning too!

I want to say we have used you in the past and were very satisfied, however the service we scheduled to have was between 4-6 on Friday the 22nd didn't happen until about 7:20 and half of the carpet in our front family room was not cleaned properly. there is two distinct lines where it was not cleaned well at all. We would like for someone else to come out and redo the carpet.

I am so happy with my carpets. Stains that had been there for years are gone and high traffic areas that were dingy and dirty look new again. It's amazing! The 100 square feet of tile cleaning has made my kitchen floors look completely different. I had no idea they were as dirty as they were. I sweep and mop regularly, but they were NOT actually clean. It actually kind of grosses me out to think how dirty they really were. Thank you so much!

From all the radio commercials and the like I was expecting to be 100 % satisfied. Unfortunately after getting charged excessively for the pet stain treatment and still seeing the same pet stains that I paid the price to remove with my black light I am disappointed. By the way what is meant by non guaranteed pet treatment?
