On time and the best carpet cleaning around.
The appointment was easy to schedule. The service guy who came to our house was awesome
The technician that came out were very friendly and honest. They took before and after pictures as well to show me how awful things looked so I could make an educated decision. I bought the air purifier they recommended. Before using it my allergies inside my home were terrible. After a few hours my house smelled cleaner. That night I slept better and some up feeling better. I am very pleased.

I was shocked when the technician arrived and asked if he could dump some of his tank because it was so full into our yard. There is no way I want dirty water from other people's homes poured over my grass. He said he couldn't pour it out into the street because that was illegal, so we allowed him to pour it into a French drain. I have used another company for years and they have never asked to do that. I gave your company a try since the other company I use is so busy dealing with hurricane cleanup. Sorry to say I won't be using your company again.

Erin was the technician sent for the rodo of the coffee stain in our carpet. He worked really hard for about an hour. The stain was a stubborn one and did not completely come out. It is a lot better than it was however.
