The carpets look & smell very clean & fresh. The technician did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the result.
I had my carpets cleaned at the end of August. I used a different company because they had a very cheap special at the time. However, I was not happy at all! The carpets and tile looked exactly the same as they did when he left! And when all was said and done I ended up paying $200 anyways for extra products that was suppose to “protect the floors.”
This time I went with who everyone recommended! I was THOUROUGHLY impressed and satisfied. My carpets look almost as good as they did when we built the house 6 months ago! It’s hard to do that with two small kids and 2 dogs! You have a lifelong customer! And Keith was very nice and tested a spot to be sure I would be happy before he started the full job and before I had to pay for something I was unhappy with! THank you ZeroRez!
Tech was on time
The technician was very professional and the service was really great. The rooms I had cleaned looked good as new!
We got the 3 room deal and that worked out fine. Then we decided to have a rug cleaned while he was here and that rug 8x10 cost more than the 3 rooms....and took him all of 10 minutes. I felt ripped off. I should have asked how much it would cost before I had it done but couldn't believe the charge would be so exorbitant. You will be getting some really bad press on this on the Robson Ranch message board.
To make it right...refund that amount which is in excess of a reasonable charge.
Your technician was on time and very congenial. He made sure we agreed on the price and the quality of the service he delivered.

I have used eerier a few times before this but this time the 2 techs were th best ones ever.They were on time ,they introduced themselves were polite but explained what they were doing and why and also explained other services that might be performed in the future..my Rugs like fabulous and like new .I am a very happy woman

I did have a big clean up job. After my tiles and carpets were cleaned my wood floors had lots of residue from the products used and I am still trying to get them cleaned. I am not sure how to get the stickiness to get off. Cleaned with wood floor cleaner and water and vinegar and still not coming out.
After the rugs and carpet dried I was able to see that they really weren’t noticeably cleaner. The closet carpet needs to be replaced so I kept my expectations low for that room. But two rugs in the living room had minimal traffic stains and those were not fully removed. I sensed from the technicians comments, that he used considerable judgment in determining how much water/cleaner to use. I think he used too little to do the job well. I’ve used Zerorez for years (here and San Diego) and this was my first disappointing experience. I’ll use Zerorez again next time but I can’t highly recommend your company based on this experience. The charges are too high for a less than stellar job.
I appreciate the professional manner of the technician (Randy I believe is his name). He explained everything he did, the technology used and what to expect. I was impressed with him and the equipment used by Zerorez. Will definitely call Zerorez each time I need cleaning and will let others know of my positive experience.

Kind of disappointed in all went through and in the end expedited a lot better results. My carpets are not that used or old and expected a lot better outcome.
I liked that the workers, Joe and Finley were both knowledgable and professional. They were very thorough and solved the problem of pet odor in our living room. I am also very pleased at how much they were able to clean the travertine tile in my kitchen. It literally changed colors!
