Employee was late. The employee tried to upsell every service beyond what is reasonable. Job was horrible and left waves in the carpet. We had to have an expert to come over after to re-stretch the carpet.

WE are very please with the services Zerorez provided us.
The carpet smells cleaned and is not sticky it dried quiet fast,
the stain that he treated did not showed up again.
I like the fact that he used very hot water; the person they sent was professional
and very polite.

I am a happy customer and for sure i will recommend to any body.

What could we do to improve?

I made my appointment at least a week prior to the day I wanted my carpet cleaned. I was told that the technician would be there between 8:00am and 6:00pm and I would be contacted a couple of days prior to the service with a two hour window. When I was given the two hour window it was 4:00pm to 6:00pm. I did have a problem with that late appointment but I was told it was that or nothing because there was no earlier time available. That was a problem to me. When I scheduled my service several days before I wanted the service I expected an earlier appointment time. To make a long story shorter the technician did not arrive at my house until almost exactly 6:00pm on 10-2. Even though the technician worked very hard it took him much longer than anticipated to finish the job so it was 9:45pm before the poor man left my house. It is entirely unsatisfactory to expect your clients to have your employees in their homes at that time of night. As for the technician he worked like a dog for the entire time he was in my home and I was very satisfied with the results he achieved. It is only your scheduling process I have the problem with or I would have given you a 10 instead of an 8.

I called for service on Saturday. Your call taker told me she could have someone at my house between 4p and 6p. No one ever showed up at my house nor did anyone call to inform me that no one was coming either Sat or Sun. It wasn't till lunch time on Monday when I call your corporate office who transfers me to the local office did I get to speak with a associate Who told me that they tried to call me on Sat evening which I find hard to believe. Not good business. On another note, the tech that came to my house on Monday evening was extremely apologetic and professional. He also did a great job The call taker I spoke to on Mon did tell me she would give me 1 room free. When your Tech showed up I questioned the price. At this point we learned that the call taker did not adjust the bill. Outside of your Tech I'm not very pleased with your company

My Invoices was never sent to my email initially. 5 days passed and I called and it was sent promptly.

The Invoice seemed pretty condescending and the Tech flat out lied in the notes

150 Waived Pet Treatment - The odor may persist and most likely will
become worse. The visible urine spot may become larger. Any problems will
be serviced again at regular prices. __

I was under the impression that the Pet Treatment was already being added. On the phone, I stated that I do have pets in one of the rooms.

I was never asked about the pet treatment other than the fact I told the Tech I did have a pet in the primary room which he recommended the following:

151 - Topical Non-Guaranteed Pet Treatment:

I never declined a 5 gallon flush on the carpet. The Technician recommended I use a flush to remove the stain when I asked him how many gallons it would take, he stated 1 gallon would be enough.

Tech wrote this in his notes:
151 - Topical Non-Guaranteed Pet Treatment - Recommended 5 gallons of
flash treatment to help eliminate odor. Customer declined and decided on the
topical as a temporary fix.

I never declined tile treatment. I said the only tile I had was on the shower floor which the Tech told me was not covered in the promo.

Tech Noted: 410 - Tile Clean - free promo.....declined

The wording of the notes is blatantly rude.
So I more than likely will be sending my recommendations and business elsewhere.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1st. I never receive a call from the technician 2hours prior coming. I have to call to ask if someone where coming because the time ser was between 2-4pm and it was already 1:40pm
2nd. The operator told me that the technician in the area was finishing the prior appointment and head to my house. Which was a lie because then I have to call at 4pm again because nobody show up. Then this other operator appologiized for the delayed and offer me a one room discount. That's the least they could do.
3rd. The technician arrived until 5:30 pm excusing himself that's he had the wrong address on the oposite side of town but in the invoice was the right address.
4rd. I had prepared the rooms and clear the areas because I want all of my carpet to be clean. So the Technician was doing his job with bad attitude and he just really operated the vacuum, I pushed the furniture away and back to place, and to be sure it was just 2 big pieces per room to be moved. Of course I wanted every square inch of the carpet tombs clean and I did all the job and he did his bit in a very bad attitude.
5th. The promotion stated that with the carpet cleaned there will be a 10ft sq of growth tile to be cleaned and a gift card. Well this guy finished in less than an hour and put all away bring me the invoice and when unmentioned about the tile trough he give me a face like he was done. So I said forget about it.
Hope to receive the gift card at lease. And it will take more than a month.
So even that the carpet look clean. I WILL NOT RECLMENT ZEROREZ TO ANY BODY AT ALL.

What do you like about our products and services?

This was my first time using your company. First of all, the technician, Anthony arrived on time. He introduced himself and thoroughly explained the process he would use to clean my carpet. My carpet had numerous stains from our pet dog and had not been cleaned in over a year. He was very professional and walked me through the additional steps needed to ensure all stains would b removed. He calculated the estimated costs and answered all my questions. He was flexible as I made several changes from the original plan. He did an outstanding job in cleaning the carpet... which caused me to add additional rooms. My family and I were truly impressed as to the end result. He also cleaned a complimentary section of tile which caused me to pay the additional to power wash the entire Kitchen area. Finally I would highly recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. I also applaud the company in hiring this young man, Anthony... who truly did an amazing job and is an asset to the company. The representative was very professional and informative, he explained in detail about the product and what he would be doing. I like the fact that your company did not use chemicals or soap, and yet my carpet was very cleaned.
