Carpets did not look, smell or feel clean. My home carpet cleaner does similar job. Area rug we had done in addition was very disappointing as well. I was truly hoping for a long time solution. This will be a one and done. Customer service was good for scheduling appointments

I made a call to Zeroreez to get an idea about price and what you do? The telemarker was very quick to quote we 88.00 for 3 room. When I told him I only had 2 rooms and a hallway , I did not expect to pay any less money. I told the guy i had a play room and a den. He said the play room was to big and it would be counted as 3 rooms. The bottom line in the add it said 88.88 for 3 rooms, He would not tell me what the charges were for per sq , per room or what then he said the charge would be 120.+-. I had it done, The guy that came out ant did the work was great, I am very happy with his work, But the marketer needs some help on customer service,. Thank for your service and I will use you again Name removed

The technician that came out on Oct. 4 did a great job!

There are still spots remaining from where they cleaned the carpet, and there was supposed to be someone here at the house on Monday, October 1st, to measure the filters in our furnaces because I purchased your lifetime furnace filters and to date, 10/6/17, no one has bothered to show up or even call me, plus, I have already paid for the filters. So how are you going to make them without the proper measurements?

Tech did not offer to clean tile which was advertised. Seemed a lot longer drying time than usual.

The product is great it cleans and doesn't have any bad chemical. Great for people who have animals. Service was excellent he had a great personality and easy to talk to.

We were supposed to receive a free tile cleaning, which didn't occur, as well as a $50 gift card for a brazilian steakhouse, which we also didn't receive. Both were part of the special we signed up for. The work the tech did do was done well though.

Would prefer initial window for service not to be the entire day. You should at least be able to tell me morning or afternoon at a minimum. One then has to call back about a day prior to understand where you fall in the schedule.

Carpet does not seem any cleaner, carpets look same as after I clean my carpets with my machine. My carpet is a cream color, I understand it is not going to look brand new. I assumed with a professional carpet cleaning machine the carpets would look a shade brighter... wrong!. Edges (black) around wall was told needed different type of cleaning another issue... sales upgrade.

The man who came to clean my rug was very knowledgeable and very nice. He did a great job.
