Technician was on time; EFFICIENT; respectful and VERY COURTEOUS. My carpets came cleaner than I've ever seen and my entire floor SPARKLED. Best service I've ever had from Zero Rez.

My husband ran the vacuum cleaner prior to the technician coming and then ran it again before he put all the furniture back. It filled the bag again with dirt and grime. Not to mention it wasn't soft and clean smelling like it was when I used your company before. The technician said it would dry in 4-5hours and it was still damp in the morning and that's after the a.c. ran and ceiling fans too. The technician spent more time on his cell phone than cleaning. Will not be wasting $200 again with your company!
Great people, outstanding service, and quality work
We have used Zerorez for several years. Yesterday they did 3 rooms, a bath, and kitchen tile. Everything looks great. Price was resonable. Someone called to let us know when to expect them, and they were on time. The technician (Paul) gave attention to detail and was very pleasant and professional. We are completely satisfied, will use them again, and will recommend them to our friends.
The rug is not clean. Looks like it was just vacuumed and nothing else. For the amount of money that we spent I was very disappointed in the outcome.
I like the pet treatments-flash and topical. I also like the product and the way the carpets are cleaned. The carpets are always fresh and soft.
The technician was very professional and nice. We have 2 large dogs and he examined our carpets and suggested additional services. His explanation was very thorough.

The company was good to call to let us know the technician was on his way. Our technician had serviced us before and was as thorough and thoughtful as the previous time.
So far so good that I like the products and services provided. I will wait a few more weeks to make a final determination. But everything I had done is a 10+. Plus the person Justin who did the services, was a winner as well. Thanks.

Friendly staff. Great value and great cleaning.
I was very pleased with the results on my carpets. Technician was very polite and did as I requested. I do question the "wet cloth" produced to show my wool carpets needed cleaning. When I picked up the cloth, it was totally dry! Maybe it was a coincident that it dried so quickly. I do agree the wool runners, especially the ones by the garage door, needed cleaning.
Over all, I was pleased and will call you again. I will just watch out for any dirty cloths.
Carpet now has many areas of discoloration that were not present prior to the cleaning. Many previous spots appear to have not been pre-treated prior to cleaning and still remain. Carpet was saturated with water and took almost 3 days to dry in some areas even with additional fans placed on the areas.
The Tech was very knowledgeable spoke with me about the products answered all of my questioned. The stains came out both the floors and chairs, leaving a fresh smell though out the office. On top of being very polite and on Time.

Although they were late the young man was very informative and worked quickly.

No smell, good coverage, quick dry. The agent was very thorough in his explanation of the process and my expectations. He was quick and neat (no messes for me to clean up) and polite. He came exactly the time I was told.

Very professional and took care of all the little spots I asked to be removed. A little disappointed though cause I thought it would cost me $139.00. But once the tech was here I got charge a little of this and little of that. Otherwise very happy with the results.

Some areas were left extremely wet. Some seemed as if they had not even been cleaned. One area had a large stain come up from underneath that had not been there before. All in all, I didn’t get what I paid for. I will not use zetorez again in the future and will not recommend to my friends

I like the way in which they professionally cleaned the place....I would have preferred to know about the extra charges beyond the cleaning of ducts and air vents.....that would be good to know in advance for budget and financial considerations.....asking the customer to make financial decisions on the spot is not the best practice for selling extra services....as it was, I took advantage of the offer to buy the air filter system....which I need. My service rep, Joseph, was excellent and I appreciate the effort he put into all phases of his service here. Dr Name removed
