Horrible customer service. Told me they would be there at 10, started calling to find out where they were at at 11 and they has to pull someone from Irving and they showed up at 12:45 after numerous calls. Carpets look good, and only took them 30 minutes to clean, but the hassel......
My technician answered my questions, explained well, and was very customer service oriented. Randy did a nice job on our carpet and tile. I'll request him when it's time for the next cleaning.

Professional and on time.
The technician was friendly and easy to work with. The areas that were cleaned with the stronger animal treatment still have an odor. The stains are pretty much gone, but it was the odor I was most concerned with. Also, the technician wore the shoe protectors inside and outside which defeats the purpose of putting them on. After seeing that, it makes me wonder if he also cut corners on my carpet cleaning. If someone could come back for a second cleaning on those spots, that would be appreciated.
On a positive note, I really appreciate all the communication that day from the scheduling office to update me on his arrival time.

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly technicians who get the job done, quickly and thoroughly. I have used Zerorez numerous times and cannot conceive any reason I would call another company.
Your tech was polite and efficient
The customer service people that do the scheduling need to improve. I asked to get a time that would allow me to leave at 2:30pm. They kept offering times that would not work.

Great customer service from the call to schedule, to the call to tell me there was a slight delay in the arrival of my technician, to the GREAT attitude of the technician, it was a good experience. My carpets and tile looked so much better this morning. I also appreciate the use of natural products as I have an auto immune disorder that is aggravated by chemical cleaners.

Darryl Boston did a very thorough job. When he left, the carpet was perfect.
I wish that the pet urine issue had been explained in advance (by the office when I got the original estimate.) Surely this is a common issue.
As a result, my cost went from less than $300 to $2,600.
On time, thorough, good pricing
I was not happy that the technician was delayed. I was told between 2pm and 4pm and he didn't arrive until 4:45pm. Although I was advised of the delay via phone, that didn't help me with making my next planned appointment. I was however very pleased with the work done by the technician and his pleasant demeanor.

The technician was great and he was friendly. I left before he finished. I signed up for the $119 special and there were some areas that needed to be treated for pets. He did not tell me the cost before he did the treatment. My husband paid him and that is when I saw that the treatment was $300 in addition to the $119. This is not what I had expected - or discussed. He should have told us the cost before starting the treatment. I was very disappointed as we are trying to save money. We debated replacing the carpet but decided to clean and replace at later date, The cost of over $400 we could have just replaced the carpet. Price bait and switch not appreciated - not going to recommend.
