we were serviced initially for the first time on friday oct 6; however the technician who came that day did not do the best job as he left water residue on the floors without wiping up, creating a safety hazard for my elderly mother. also, the sides of the walls were not cleaned where the dirt had spread out from the suction. i had to wipe up the floors and sides of the walls where the carpet met the wall in front of the technician and he did nothing to help. i called zerorez to tell them the issue and they sent out another service tech, Edwin, who was great. he corrected the problem areas, including the grout on the tile which was left uncleaned from the original tech. initially, i would have given zerorez a "1" but bc of the service tech that came on monday oct 9, i am giving them a "9"

Technician came within expected window of time; talked knowledgeable about cleaning carpet and rug; did an excellent job; and it was a pleasure to Charles and have him in my home.

I like the fact that I have a working relationship with the team that comes on site to do the jobs. very professional, they answer my questions and do the best job possible. and if for any reason there is an issue, they resolve it.

I feel that my carpets are in good condition after the cleanings.

Good communication from dispatch. Personable service technician arrived on time. No residues/chemicals!

The technicians were very courteous & hard working and did a really good job on what they cleaned; i.e. carpet/tile/marble.

However, a small coffee stain near the recliner and a quarter-size mustard stain near the couch were shown to the technicians when they arrived but were not worked on (or were not discussed with us if they couldn't remove the stains). We realized they were missed after the technicians left.

Also, the business office used our old email address to send the invoice. The technician typed in our new email address at the time of payment and it was noted on the receipt but, the invoice was sent to our old email address which will be inactive, soon.

There were no surprises. The Carpet Tech explained the process, the cost any additional costs for Stain. He was pleasant and cordial. We definitely would use ZeroRez again and request the same tech.

The cleaning and the courtesy of the technician was great. The customer service representative that I spoke to was very rude. I did not appreciate the way she treated me but the technician and the service he provided was great!3

your techs are always polite and do their job well. The people setting the appointments are also polite but this last time did not give a quote on the price.I had ask for two area rugs to be cleaned which your prices were outrageous so once the tech told me how much it would be, I cancelled that part of the order.

This treatment was completely ineffective and the technician let water flow from the hose back onto the carpet when he was breaking down his rig so it actually looked worse than when he started. We called another company to do the job and now the carpets look like what I had expected from Zerorez.
A 50% reduction of the $376.17 price might be in order as they did come out to try the job.

I was very pleased with the technician and the work he did last Saturday cleaning my carpets. However, when I called to schedule an appointment, I asked for the earliest appointment in the morning and asked if I could be first on the schedule that morning due to other things we had planned for Saturday. Your rep scheduled me for 8 to 10. At 10:15, I had not talked to anyone from your company and the technician was not there yet. I called and your rep told me that they had tried to call me a couple of days earlier and tell me that I was getting moved to the 10 to 12 time slot. She told me my voice mail box was full on my cell phone. I checked my missed calls and did not see a call from your company. I don't think she was truthful with me. The tech got to our home around noon. This caused us to be 3 to 4 hours late leaving town for a function that day. My only complaint is that your company needs to be more mindful and considerate of your customers time. Wasting all morning waiting for your tech was so frustrating especially since we had plans.

I was amazed at how well the technician was able to remove the spots and grime from my carpet and sofa.
The sofa and love seat look brand new.

Ricardo the technician that did my carpet was very professional and informative. He kept me inform of the steps and the process that he was performing on my carpet and on my tile. My tile looks brand. I was pleased with the job that he did and I am using Zerorez again for the tile in the rest of my home.
